Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Voxefy. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Last updated June 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Eutell, LLC ("Voxefy", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Voxefy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, client, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

2. The Service

Voxefy helps you draft, review, score, and publish content in your own voice, including an optional integration that lets you publish to platforms you connect (starting with LinkedIn).

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. The Service may be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors from time to time.

Some features may require compatible browsers, devices, internet access, third-party accounts, permissions, browser settings, or platform APIs. You are responsible for maintaining those requirements.

Beta, trial, experimental, or early-access features may be modified, limited, suspended, discontinued, or removed at any time. They may be incomplete, unstable, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, content, settings, scoring history, or access related to beta features.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

If your plan includes workspaces or team features, account owners and admins may invite users, assign roles, manage permissions, access workspace content, remove users, and control billing. You are responsible for all activity by users you invite or authorize.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
  • Impersonate another person, create a Voice Profile or Authority Profile for someone else without authorization, misrepresent your credentials or experience, fabricate proof points, or generate content that falsely suggests endorsement, authorship, identity, or affiliation.
  • Violate the terms of any platform you connect (including the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and platform guidelines).
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, or resell or sublicense it without our permission.
  • Circumvent usage limits or use the Service in a way that imposes unreasonable load or cost.
  • Misuse AI features to generate spam or evade platform or legal restrictions.

We are not obligated to monitor Your Content, but we may review, block, remove, disable access to, or refuse to publish content if we believe it violates these Terms, connected-platform rules, applicable law, or creates risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). "Your Content" includes drafts, posts, writing samples, uploaded materials, Voice Profiles, Authority Profiles, proof points, domain boundaries, forbidden phrases, custom rules, comments, analytics data, connected-platform data, and any other information or material you submit to or generate through the Service.

You grant Voxefy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, and — only when you explicitly confirm a publish action — to transmit it to the platforms you connect.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish it.

You represent and warrant that Your Content, your use of the Service, and any content you approve, publish, or transmit through the Service will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, platform, or other rights, and will not violate applicable law.

Non-public information exchanged through the Service, including private drafts, profile inputs, workspace content, and non-public business information, should be treated as confidential by the parties except as needed to provide, secure, support, or improve the Service, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

6. AI output and disclaimers

Voxefy uses AI models to generate and score content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-assisted content before you publish or rely on it.

Scores, audits, warnings, checks, and recommendations are automated estimates. They may miss issues, incorrectly flag acceptable content, or fail to identify inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, misleading, off-brand, or unsupported claims. You remain responsible for deciding whether content is accurate, lawful, original, appropriate, and suitable for publication.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that AI output, scores, or other Service results are accurate, original, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize us to act on your behalf only for the actions you confirm (such as publishing a post). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms, and you remain responsible for complying with them.

Voxefy is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with LinkedIn or any other connected platform unless expressly stated. We do not control connected platforms and are not responsible for their availability, API changes, posting failures, content removals, account restrictions, suspensions, ranking decisions, policy changes, or other actions they may take.

You can disconnect a platform at any time from your settings. Disconnecting a platform stops future authorized actions through Voxefy but may not remove content already published to that platform.

8. Plans and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable subscription fees, usage-based fees, taxes, and renewal charges.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access. We may change prices or plan features prospectively, with notice where required.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a paid plan from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Free, beta, or trial access may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time. We may also impose or modify usage limits, including limits on generations, scoring, audits, storage, publishing actions, connected accounts, API calls, file uploads, or workspace users.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Eutell, LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, error reports, feature requests, or recommendations, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. Feedback is not treated as confidential unless we separately agree in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eutell, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eutell, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, content you approve or publish, your violation of law or third-party rights, your violation of connected-platform terms, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of AI-generated output.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Short of suspension or termination, we may also review, block, remove, disable access to, or refuse to publish content that we believe violates these Terms, connected-platform rules, or applicable law, or that creates risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

After termination or account deletion, we may retain, delete, or anonymize account data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backups, and legitimate business needs. You are responsible for exporting content you wish to keep before termination or deletion, where export is available.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Leesburg, Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. General terms

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Eutell, LLC regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
